CANADA

Colossians 3:17 –  From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands.

Canada, stretching from the Atlantic to the Pacific and into the Arctic North, is home to about 40 million people living within diverse cultures and landscapes. The nation’s historic faith foundation is rooted in Christianity — particularly Roman Catholic and Protestant traditions — though today Canada is increasingly multicultural and secular, with many searching for deeper meaning and spiritual identity. Amid vibrant cities and remote northern communities, God continues to call believers to live out their faith in everyday life with gratitude and Christ-centered purpose.

In a nation known for diversity and compassion, the message of Colossians reminds us that every word and action can reflect Jesus — in families, churches, workplaces, and public life — becoming a testimony of hope to a generation longing for truth and belonging.

Prayer Focus:

  • Pray for genuine revival in the Canadian Church, that believers would return to deep prayer, Scripture, and Spirit-led mission.
  • Lift up those struggling with depression, addiction, and isolation, asking for Gospel deliverance, healing, and restored identity in Christ.
  • Pray especially for Indigenous peoples across Canada — that they would know they are seen, honored, and deeply loved by their Creator, and that reconciliation, healing, and spiritual renewal would rise across the land.
  • Finally, pray for safety, peace, and warm hospitality as they Co-host and prepares to host the 2026 World Cup, that this global gathering would become an opportunity for unity, witness, and God-honoring influence.
